Citizen 2.0

As the Open Government Partnership meets this week in Brazil, it’s a great time to revisit the excellent Citizen 2.0 (below) which highlights examples of government innovation around open data, transparency, community information and social media.

Today the Open Government Partnership meets in Brazil. What does open government mean to you?
